Information on classes for learning Japanese

The most important thing of all is that all the students of our school be of sound mind and body.
In order to accomplish we need to instill in the children the following 3 factors.

•	Reverence for all life
•	Desire for peace
•	Deep understanding of the rights of others

Further, it is not only the responsibility of the school to provide the students with the fundamentals and basics of all required subjects but also to help them to develop their own individuality. It is my aim to create a fun-filled and pleasant school environment wherein the children are full of vitality when they come to school in the morning and leave each day with a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

•	Family activities (Groups that involve all ages and grades)
•	Exchange programs with the community and volunteer activities
•	Exchange program with the DALIANSHI RYUISHON JUSAN XIAOXUE elementary school (in China) and English classes
•	Rope jumping contest

*	Family activities: All-school field trips, family school lunches, rope jumping contest, Higashimachi festivals and an exchange festival with DALIANSHI RYUISHON JUSAN XIAOXUE elementary school (in China)
*	Study activities1: Fundamental study time Tuesday: morning reading class Wednesday: mathematics exercises Friday: Kanji exercises

1.Classes

	•	We foster an attitude of eagerness to study by equipping them with independent study methods.
	•	Our school works to thoroughly instill the needed fundamentals and basics in the students based on a solid understanding of their needs and circumstances.
	•	We are endeavoring to implement teaching methods tailored to each student by revising a wide range of learning activities and teaching methods.

2.Morals

	It is the aim of the school to raise children who are considerate of others and are kind in heart by developing in them a sense of the importance of human rights for all.
	•	With well thought-out and concrete teaching methods we are working to develop our students to be able to make proper decisions and carry out actions based on sound and humanistic values.

3.Special activities

By making the most of each student’s creative and inventive abilities it is our aim to foster in them independent and autonomous abilities that can be used in a practical manner in order that they may further enjoy their time at school.

4.Comprehensive learning time

We aim to develop in the students independent and creative ways to both study and think while placing importance on mutual involvement among the children and active use of information.

5.Life guidance

We have further enhanced our teaching system throughout all levels of the school to provide for a fulfilling school life by emphasizing multi-faceted human relations and by doing away with problems such as bullying and skipping school.

1.	By involving the students in group activities composed of differing ages and grades, we make it possible to foster in them an abundance of ways to express themselves and allow them to make friends with a variety of other children.
2.	We help the students to develop a wide range of human relationships with our exchange programs with citizens of the community and volunteer activities.
3.	We are endeavoring to further enrich and develop teaching methods aimed at better international understanding by implementing exchange activities with people of other countries.
4.	Our rope-jumping contest allows the students to not only improve their technical levels but also helps them to develop deeper relations with students of differing ages and grades
